Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

We currently ship Australia wide using Australia Post and aim to dispatch your order within 5 business days of receiving it (most orders are dispatched within 2 business days). All orders will have a tracking number which you can enter on the Australia Post website or app to track your order.

Standard shipping (2-6 business days): $12 for orders up to 1kg, $15 for orders over 1kg.

Express shipping (1-3 business days): $16 for orders up to 1kg, $20 for orders over 1kg.

Free standard shipping for all orders $120 and above. Automatically applied at checkout. 

We also offer free pick up from our location in Coomera, Queensland 4209. If you select this option, once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with our exact address and instructions for collection.

Returns 

All of our products are created with love & care, and we will never package any faulty items. Due to this, we do not accept returns or refunds on our candles. All purchases are final. 
In the event that a glass item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us and we will offer a refund or send out a replacement of an identical product if the item is in stock. 

Australia Post are liable for any misplaced or damaged parcels. Please contact us if your parcel gets lost or damaged and we will lodge a claim with Australia Post.
